Create an Account
Creating a Prodigy Commerce account is simple and totally free. Just navigate to our homepage and follow these steps:
1) Click on the "Create an account" button on the right side of the header.
2) Fill out the required fields on the form shown below and submit. We require very little information and we never share our user's personal data without your express consent.
If you are a developer, make sure you select the checkbox indicating that you are "designing/developing a store for a client". A developer account has special privileges so you can easily track the projects that you have worked on in the past and seamlessly transfer ownership of a store to your client when it is ready.
3) Look for an activation email so you can confirm your email address. You will not be able to log in until you have completed this step.
That's it, you are now ready to log in and get started!
Log In to Prodigy
To login to your account, navigate to the Prodigy login page and enter your email address and password.
After completing the login, you will be redirected to your Store list so you can select the store that you want to access.
If you want to directly log into a specific store and you know the store subdomain, you can navigate to the store login page as follows:
https://{store-subdomain}.prodigycommerce.com/login
This will take you directly to that store's dashboard upon successful login.
Reset Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, it is easy to reset it. Just navigate to the login page and click on the "Forgot password?" link.
On the next page, you need to enter the email address that you used when you registered your account.
You will then receive an email with a link that will take you to a page to create a new password.
