The All Products page allows administrators to view, search, and manage products and variants in the store.
From this page, you can search for products, review product visibility and inventory status, expand products to view variants, and apply bulk actions to selected products or variants.
In this article, you will learn about:
- Viewing the All Products page
- Searching for products
- Using product status tabs
- Understanding the product list
- Viewing product variants
- Selecting products and variants
- Applying bulk actions
- Opening a product
To get started, navigate to Products → All Products from the left sidebar menu.
Viewing the All Products Page
The All Products page displays the products currently available in the store backend.
At the top of the page, you will see an Add Product button, along with a three-dot menu for importing and exporting products.
Note: Creating, importing, and exporting products are covered in separate articles.
Searching for Products
Use the Search bar to search for products in your store.
Search results may match product names, SKUs, variant SKUs, or product descriptions. When matching text is visible on the All Products page, the matching portion will be highlighted in blue.
If a search matches a variant SKU, the parent product will appear in the results. You can expand the product row to view the matching variant.
Using Product Status Tabs
The All Products page includes tabs that allow you to quickly view products by status.
The available tabs are:
- All Products
- In Stock
- Out of Stock
- Visible
- Hidden
These tabs make it easier to review products based on inventory status or storefront visibility.
Understanding the Product List
Each product row includes the following information:
- Selection checkbox
- Product image
- Product name
- SKU
- Price
- Inventory status
- Last modified date
If a product is hidden, (hidden) will appear next to the product name.
Hidden products are not visible to customers on the storefront. They remain available in the backend for administrators to manage, but customers will not see them while browsing or searching the store.
Viewing Product Variants
Products with variants can be expanded using the dropdown arrow on the product row.
When expanded, the product row will show the variants associated with that product.
This allows administrators to quickly review and manage individual variants without opening the full product editor.
Selecting Products and Variants
Use the checkboxes in the product list to select products or variants.
Selecting a collapsed product row will automatically select all variants associated with that product.
To select specific variants instead, expand the product row and select the individual variant checkboxes.
This is useful when you want to apply an action to only certain variants instead of the entire product.
Applying Bulk Actions
After selecting one or more products or variants, you can apply bulk actions.
Available bulk actions include:
- Set Visible
- Set Hidden
- Delete
Set Visible
Use Set Visible to make selected products or variants visible on the storefront.
Set Hidden
Use Set Hidden to hide selected products or variants from customers.
Hidden products and variants remain in the backend, but customers will not see them on the storefront.
Delete
Use Delete to remove selected products or variants.
Warning: Deleting products or variants should be done carefully. Deleted items are removed from the product list and may no longer be available to manage from the backend.
The available actions may change depending on the selected products or variants.
For example, if all selected items are already hidden, the Set Hidden action will not appear because the selected items are already hidden.
Opening a Product
To edit a product in more detail, click the product row from the All Products page.
This will open the individual product editor, where you can manage product information, images, pricing, inventory, variants, SEO settings, and more.
That's all you need to know about managing a list of products. In the next article, we will go over Creating and editing products
