Searching & filtering subscriptions

You can search, filter, and change the status of subscriptions with a bulk action on the List of Subscriptions page.

To manage the list of subscriptions in the Prodigy Cloud Platform, just navigate to the Subscriptions -> All Subscriptions page in the left sidebar menu.

You will then see a list of all of your store's subscriptions.

Just above the subscriptions table, on the left side, you will see the Filter button. This allows you to filter your list of subscriptions by the following criteria.

  • Status
  • Product(s)
  • Created date range
  • Next run date range

If you use a particular filtering request on a regular basis, you can save it by clicking on the Save Search button. You will be prompted to give the search a name and then it will appear as a new tab at the top of the List of Subscriptions table.  The next time you return to the subscriptions list you can access that filter by simply navigating to the tab that you created.

You can also use the search field just above the subscriptions table to search for subscriptions by subscription number, customer name, or product name. Just type the search term into the field and press enter to see the results.

You can also update the status of multiple subscriptions using the bulk action. Just use the checkboxes in the left column to select the subscriptions that you want to update and then click the dropdown at the top of the table to select the action that you want to perform.
