Exporting orders

In this article, you will learn how to export your orders to a CSV file.  To get started, log into your store and navigate to the Orders List on the left sidebar menu.  You will see the Export link at the top right of your orders list as shown below.

When you click the Export link, you will then see a dialog box that allows you to adjust the data that you want to export.

Following are descriptions of the different export options

  • Current page - this will download just the orders from the current page of orders that you are currently on.

  • Orders by date - this will allow you to export a list of orders between a start and end date.  After selecting this option, just use the date pickers in the start and end fields to select the date range.

  • All orders - this option will allow you to export all orders that your store has received.

  • Current search - this option will allow you to export all of the orders that match the current search that is active.

After you have selected your option, just click the Export button to begin the download.
